#nationalsuicideweek

Evening all!

I hope you’re having a chilled weekend or it’s bearable enough for you? To be honest phones are off for us this weekend; I have done nothing but sleep, relax and sleep which is completely rare for me hence why I desperately needed it! I’ve got a completely hectic net week and a half coming up, working everyday for 13 days!?

Soo.. I’ve realised I needed to upload a lot of the pending posts before there’s a good 10 needing to be edited and released to you!

Mental health is a topic/conversation which I’ve held close to my heart for many years but never afraid of being open minded and allowing my heart to speak.. I’ve had my first hand degree of spills experience and no doubt fully understand the situations very well, I just hope I can use my platform for good use and spread the word of love. Encouraging others to love wholeheartedly; whether it’s a concern with one’s self or with others, love without reason and love hard. There are so many lives and could have been prevented from endingScreenshot_20191116_230443_com.instagram.android.jpg, just only if there was some love in their lives! Show love today, you may save someone’s life..

I’ve written many poems so allow me to introduce you to suicide week..

Instagram link to our holiday in Italy.. Visited Rome and The Vatacan City.

Unravelling the ridiculous continuous layers, let it be
Carefully delivering unexpected trauma, what isn’t seen
Please don’t hurt yourself, elucidate your feelings, they say
Must I endure trauma, wretched sufferings, every day?

Your I body is lifted, the church is loud
You had no idea the pure sadness, in the crowd
The truth, your buoyant vibe andย soul finally rested in peace.
Butterfly affect is unfortunately, but rightfully released.
Love of your life cuts the deep vein
Your best friend chuck down pills, to play the game.
Blissfully unaware of how other lives had changed.
Please don’t give up, trust me, there’s always a new day.

I wrote this poem this morning; before you feel like giving up, remember there are so many close ones around who can help and it would affect them too if you weren’t here! xxxx if you ever need someone to talk to regarding this topic my DMs are always free for a chat. Also, I’d love to work with some mental health foundations/businesses anything I can do with my platforms to help, happy to ๐Ÿ˜Š xxxxx
Beautiful #trevifountain at night was absolutely stunning!!!!! We flipped a coin each and made some wishes ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป ๐ŸŒ #Rome #italy

A very touching poem, thanks for sharing. ๐Ÿ™‚ I think we all could do a little bit more and treat others better. And be more aware of people who may struggle with mental illness.

Thank you for this article. Awareness and prevention are so important. The stigma around mental illness is terrible. So many are afraid to ask for help.

This is a touching poem. We do need to be more observant and a little more proactive when we notice a friend or family member struggling in this way. We never know if we might have been able to help…

We definitely need to have more conversations around mental health in this country. It’s something that many people are suffering from, especially around the holidays.

This is a very moving poem. Mental health is very important topic. I wish the government can give more allocation to it.

What a lovely poem and thanks for sharing it in honor of such an important week. It’s a good reminder to check in with the people around us.

Sometimes I’ve found out people I know who seem happy and adjusted are deeply depressed. You never really know what people are going through. That’s why an attitude of kindness is always best when dealing with all people, no matter what.

beautiful poem thank you. sometimes we need a weekend to just focus on what is important to us. especially on a week like this week, suicide almost made me loose a close family member so it means a great deal to me.
