I hope you are well! How is everyone? I was kindly gifted a mal paper goal setter planner in exchange for a review and couldn’t hold in the excitement anymore! I had to show you. I’ve seen the Mal Paper everywhere on Instagram, it seems like a staple item right now and I was lucky enough to get my hands on it! I am a true sucker for a pen and paper planner old school (90s/), writing notes (endless amounts of relevant and irrelevant notes) and weak for any type of quotes! Right now I have a couple I write in, one for ideas/ thoughts and to-do notepad! I’m slightly bizarre like that, I have to write it down, mental notes aren’t always a choice..(aha I can forget..!) Technology can have its ups and down and files can go missing (sadly experienced this recently with a broken phone and shockingly was not backed up), but writing something down will always be permanent and easier to look back on..Also, I am sucker for products which are well thought out, great attention to detail, designed to be easy on the eye and can be very beneficial for everyday

This planner is the perfect size to fit into your handbag. This particular one is faux leather, includes weekly, daily and monthly plans and the best part?-Its undated. You can start anytime! Thankfully for this because now and then I can totally forget to check in and sometimes you lose pages/ space, but not with this planner.
The first section is all about gratitude, I love and adore this thought. I wrote a blog post (which is currently drafted) on gratitude, so this into my diary will remind me to be enterally grateful for life and everything in it! To practice gratitude daily is such a positive start to the day– positive grateful mindset is the one. The second part is all about affirmations is a genius idea to add into the diary- I felt empowered and on top of the world after writing these. It’s quite powerful on your self worth! The third is reflection.. Reflection is great because you can look back and see what made you angry, sad, or mad and work on that. You can see days where you have been excited, happy and content and analyse what happened on those days. You can always work on self personal development, take on those inner thoughts on your day and learn from it!
To be grateful, to empower yourself and reflect are very important in achieving your goals and setting up the life you want.
It’s interesting how space can have a huge impact on a diary planner, for me, its everything a make or break. Theres enough space to jot down notes, to write in full sentences and read cleary. As you can tell from my stories and captions, I am all about promoting positive healthy wellbeing. Positive mind, positive body and positive vibes.
