Firstly- A fitness routine.. glow up.. Fitness can have an immense impact on your life, it’s illimitable, has done wonders for me; so set mini goals ,which are, of course achievable and fun.. Maybe start running while listening to some banging beyonce songs, or start taking Zumba classes with a friend- it feels like you’re in a club, dancing away like no one is watching.. You’ll soon notice a difference after a month or so, if you’re committed and
you will instantly feel better too and plus you’ll have a banging body when Spring is over! As this is a great way to keep you in shape and it gives you a real sense of personal achievement, the endorphins boost will help keep your life stress away. Winner winner chicken dinner..
Refine- Your relationships.. Focus solely on friendships which make you happy, I mean really happy. If you feel like a person doesn’t bring you real happiness or long term impact in your life, you need to ask yourself do you really and truly want to put time and effort into that relationship? Or would it be better spent elsewhere Felicia?? Removing negativity from your circle is only the best way to spring clean.. You don’t want to bring the negativity into summer holidays, which is supposed to be some of the best times of your life. For me, I love being around those who motivate me, life me up, they’re good people with morals, 110% support me and make me laugh! If you can do that, you pretty much have my heart.. because it’s rare to come across souls like that, but my friends are that, and more, they’re my gems! So start the unfollow spree in real life, unfriend spree on those social pages.. You’ll love yourself for it.. I mean your timeline should be YOURS. I’ve done it.. only people I want to see on my Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter and Instagram (deleted Snapchat was amazing).. so go on, refine..
Switch off- Wifi.. I normally do this around 10/11pm.. an hour before bed I know.. why.. weird? ..because instead of flicking through social media, comparing lives and focusing on others, I want to focus on me. You should, too..It’ll be best for your mental health in fact to give those hours before bed to focus on YOU. Maybe start reading that book you’ve always wanted to (I am currently reading Happy by Derren Brown, it’s very insightful..) get stuck into a Netflix series, currently watching Dark.. and/or start meditating.. Making the most of your time away from all those time consuming apps can help you to feel there’s more to life just log in and out, like, comment apps and massively boost your mood.
Declutter your shit. Take your shit and put it up in the air and say look doll do I really need this in my life.. Do I NEED IT? ..This can be very therapeutic- as the saying goes – “tidy home, tidy mind”. Give yourself a prep talk – how many of the clothes, shoes, crappy underwear aha, in your wardrobe do you actually wear? How much shit do you have collecting dust for nostalgia’s sake? There are loads of ways to declutter, from giving it to friends / friends, or a good charity, sell on shpock, facebook sell and buy pages, ebay for example, or finally making a trip to the tip. Honestly getting organised at home will be so important for the mind.. Then you can make space for the brand new! Ta daaa.
Change diet.. Some foods are just too good to say no to.. I adore the cookie dough Ben and Jerrys .. But if you’ve found you’re saying yes to more crap then it’s time to change. It’s important to make sure you’re getting a balance of the best yummy crummy nutrients, and a variety of fruit & veg.. I’ve been on a 90% clean diet and I’ve seen a huge difference with my health, I feel more energised, hair, skin and moods are better.. not so much a bitch aha, also the best part my stomach is more toned!! Try picking up some amazing well worth books, like clean eating by alice, ebooks on diet tips.. switching up the meals you eat regularly and experiment by adding some fruits and vegs one at a time.. Stevie uses a vitamix which is great to blend in furits and vegs and we mostly have one everyday, filled of loads of fruits and veg! Get yourself a nutribullet- have fun and experiment flavours! It’ll help in the long run..
